Product Questions:


Do your mufflers have a baffle?
Yes, all our mufflers have removable baffles.


Do I need a power commander?
No, you will not need to rejet or remap your bike.  Our products are designed to work with stock tuning.  If you have tuned your bike away from stock you may need to return your bike to stock.  Our pipes are designed to be plug and play.


Will the muffler work with my stock side bags?
Most of our mufflers will work with stock side bags.  You will not be able to use our hi level pipes with side bags.  If you have further questions regarding fitment please contact us.


I have a dual system, is the price on the site for one or two mufflers?

All of our systems include all necessary pieces for installation except for tools.  For dual systems the package will include: two mufflers, two link pipes, mounting straps, clamps and gaskets if required.


Can I repack my Delkevic muffler?

We do sell repacking kits under accessories to make it easy for you to repack your muffler.  We suggest repacking the stainless steel mufflers only.  Repacking mileage will depend on what bike your ride and how your ride.



Shipping Questions:


How long is it going to take to get my order?

We ship same or next business day depending on when the order is received.  Orders placed on weekends or holidays will go out the following business day.  Transit time varies depending on location, the continental US is 1-5 business days.


Do you ship to California?

Yes, we do ship items to California.


How do you ship to Canada?

We ship USPS priority mail.  Delkevic will never ship in a way our customers pay brokerage fees.


Can you declare my items as a gift or lower value?

Sorry we cannot declare lower value on packages.  Customs require an invoice in the package or your items may be rejected by your customs house.


 

General Questions:


I received a white strap instead of a stainless steel one in the photo?

This is a white protective coating.  Please remove the coating to reveal a shiny new strap.


I want to be a dealer how do I sign up?

We don't have a dealer program and prefer to sell direct to the consumer.  If you are planning on purchasing bulk inventory please contact us for pricing and shipping charges.


I need to return my order what do I do?

Please review our return policy and fill out a return request here.


How do I cancel an order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you require an order cancellation.  We ship quickly and we are unable to cancel orders after an item has shipped.  You will be required to start a return if the item has shipped.  If we can catch it before it ships we can cancel an order and issue a full refund.
